All Furniture Sales Are Final: All furniture, mattress, appliance, and home accessory purchases are strictly Final Sale. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for buyer’s remorse, design changes, color preferences, or measurement/space fit issues.
Non-Returnable Items:
All delivered and picked-up furniture pieces.
Mattresses, box springs, foundations, and adjustable bases.
Special orders, custom orders, floor samples, "As-Is," and clearance merchandise.
Delivery, installation, and assembly fees once completed.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying all dimensions (hallways, doorways, stairwells, and room layouts) prior to purchasing and delivery.
Merchandise that cannot fit into your home or desired room is not eligible for return or refund.
Mandatory Inspection: All merchandise must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery or in-store pickup before signing the release receipt.
Reporting Transit Issues: Any exterior damage, manufacturer defects, or missing components must be noted clearly on the driver’s delivery slip and reported to our customer support within 48 hours.
Remedy: For verified transit damage or manufacturer defects reported within 48 hours, Danto Furniture reserves the right to service, repair, or provide replacement parts/items in accordance with manufacturer warranties. Verified defects do not qualify for a cash or credit card refund.
Stock Item Cancellations: Orders for in-stock merchandise canceled prior to dispatch or warehouse staging may be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.
Special Orders & Layaways: Special orders and layaway deposits are non-refundable once production or manufacturer allocation has commenced.
